This month, South African viewers can take a behind-the-scenes journey with Soaring to Life: The Making of How to Train Your Dragon, ahead of reliving the magic of the beloved How to Train Your Dragon films through an iconic movie stunt.

Get ready to take flight into the Isle of Berk this June with a month dedicated to all things dragons! Peek behind-the-scenes of the upcoming live-action edition in the exclusive behind-the-scenes special, Soaring to Life: The Making of How to Train Your Dragon, premiering on Studio Universal (DStv 112) on Tuesday 10 June  at 5.30pm. 

The special explores the journey of How to Train Your Dragon from Dean Deblois original animated classic to the new live-action adaption. Featuring Mason Thames, Nico Parker, and Gerard Butler, it includes behind-the-scenes footage and insights into the sets, technology and storytelling that create this thrilling theatrical experience.

Additionally, fans will be able to enjoy the wonder of the original animated films, with How to Train Your Dragon and How to Train Your Dragon 2 airing back-to-back on Saturday 14 June at 3.00pm.

Soaring to Life: The Making of How to Train Your Dragon premieres on Studio Universal on 10 June at 5.30pm, with How to Train Your Dragon and How to Train Your Dragon 2 airing back-to-back on 14 June at 3.00pm.
