Johannesburg has a new destination for events, high performance and purposeful recovery. The Edge, launched by the all-female team at The Networking Company (TnCO), has officially opened at the iconic DP World Wanderers Cricket Stadium, signalling a new chapter in the way events are hosted in the city and the way people work.

A NEW KIND OF SPACE
The Edge is designed as a 300m² environment where work, recovery and meaningful connection come together. This upmarket new venue boasts a large events space for functions and special occasions, an intimate co-working space for up to eight people and two boardrooms with capacity for three and twelve guests. The decors blends light wood and natural finishes with soft oak furnishings, creating an environment that is classy, contemporary and soothing.
The progressive facility also features a recovery treatment zone with five cold plunge baths and a six-seater infra-red sauna. From every room, guests can enjoy inspiring views of the lush stadium field, natural light throughout the space and a calm atmosphere, ideal for reflection and renewal.
WORK, RECOVER, CONNECT
The Edge has been purpose-built to host private events, leadership programmes, training sessions and strategy meetings. The space is equally suited for book or product launches, strategic conversations and immersive workshops.
For individuals, use of the co-working space is available at a per day rate, which includes a cup of Naked coffee, with no membership commitment required. Bookings can be made directly via info@theedge.co.za.
LEADERSHIP WITH PURPOSE
Helen Nicholson, founder of The Networking Company, said: “The Edge was created to give leaders and teams an environment that supports both clarity of thought and personal wellbeing. It is a place where people can connect deeply, work with focus and recover intentionally. We believe this balance is vital for sustainable performance and impact.”

With its innovative mix of work, recovery and event facilities, The Edge signals a new way of engaging with productivity and leadership in Johannesburg. For more information, follow The Edge on social media @theedgesouthafrica or visit the website at https://theedge.co.za/.
