Here, Italian soul is reimagined with a decadent twist. Plates arrive like works of art: woodfired
salmon pâté crowned with charred dill bruschetta, pear and pancetta carpaccio with roasted
hazelnuts, and the now-signature lobster ‘mac’ & cheese, where mezzi rigatoni in molten cheese is
lifted with lemon pangrattato and finished with a butter confit lobster tail. Comfort meets couture in
dishes like the slow-roasted short rib with Parmesan mash, while lighter pleasures are found in
artichoke & truffle ravioli and peppered polenta with ragù.
The experience extends to the bar, where cocktails are composed with as much attention to detail
as the food, and gelato and sorbet flavours shift with the season — a delicious invitation to return
again and again. Mixology highlights include the “Cheeky Devil”, where a spicy and fiery cocktail
