Melville’s chiesa di PAZZO LUPi invites jazz lovers and live music enthusiasts to an unforgettable evening with acclaimed South African trumpeter Ndumiso Nyovane on Friday, 28 March 2026. 

Known for its intimate yet vibrant atmosphere, chiesa di PAZZO LUPi has become a go-to destination for live performances where music and community-driven nightlife take centre stage. Guests can enjoy easy-to-eat event-style food and the venue’s signature piadine while settling in for the evening’s performance. 

Born in Soweto, Nyovane picked up the trumpet at age 12 and went on to perform with bands including Varukweru and Harare, guided by the legendary Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuse. His music blends township jazz, gospel, and African rhythms, creating a sound deeply rooted in South Africa’s musical heritage. His acclaimed album, Trumpet from Heaven, reimagines traditional gospel through jazz and earned him a Crown Gospel Award nomination. 

Doors open at 6 pm, with the show starting at 7:30 pm. Tickets are R250 via (Quicket) or R280 at the door.
