Johannesburg, 28 May 2013:  Another sell out night at The Box, Johannesburg, saw Krugersdorp loans manager Jzuan Dreyer (24) scoring victory in the last and final heat of the Comedy Central (DStv Channel 122) amateur comedy search.

Dreyer(@jzaun11)beat Karabo Tshikube (@jzaun11)a 21 year old actress/performer/dancer from Braamfontein in a close-fought contest at The Box (26 May).  Dreyer and Tshikube (@jzaun11), who were lucky enough to share the stage with some of South Africa’s best comics including Trevor Gumbi, both showed the crowd that they had what it takes to perform alongside “the greats” of stand up comedy.   Dreyer, however, ultimately won the crowd over with his light-hearted take on everyday humour, which included some smart observations on disability and the lives of disabled people.
