Following TRACE Southern Africa’s Senior Vice President, Leo Manne, leaving TRACE to head up creative advertising agency Net#work BBDO as its Managing Director – Valentine Gaudin-Muteba has been appointed Managing Director: Media, Sales & Operations.

In this role, she will be responsible for ensuring that TRACE remains a relevant mouthpiece for the expression of Afro Urban talent across its many business verticals.

Olivier Laouchez, Executive Chairman of TRACE Group, will continue his mission as the Southern Africa CEO, based in South Africa.

Under Manne’s leadership, TRACE Southern Africa has initiated multiple developments in eventing, mobile, content and digital services. Laouchez and the entire TRACE team thanks Leo Manne for his outstanding contribution to TRACE’s growth during the last three years.

#TRACEFest, taking place on Saturday, 8 September at Rosebank will serve as the perfect occasion to bid Manne farewell.
