DIARISE THIS EASTER AT THE ENTERTAINING MELROSE ARCH

by

It’s going to be a very happy Easter at Melrose Arch, with children’s fun and games all weekend. From Friday to Monday, 09h00 to 17h00, kids will be able to play at Clamber Club on the Piazza, have their faces painted and get creative in the arts and crafts corner.

On Easter Sunday, they’ll also be able to meet the Easter Bunny and his friends, as well as Jog the Frog, and receive chocolate Easter treats between 12h00 and 16h00.

This Easter weekend, Melrose Arch, with its family-friendly restaurants and children’s entertainment, is the only place to be.

Bring the kids to meet the Easter Bunny and have their faces painted on Easter weekend. There’ll also be fun and games at Clamber Club throughout the school holiday.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN

If you’re at a loss to what to do with your kids this school holiday, Melrose Arch has the solution. Clamber Club is on the Piazza every day from Friday, 24 March to Thursday, 6 April, offering plenty of fun and games for children aged one to 10.

Everything children love about Clamber Club will be there, including a face painter, a soft play area with sponge and wooden obstacle courses, ball ponds, seesaws, slides, tunnels, hop ponies, games with Clamber Club’s friendly entertainers and more.

24 March – 6 April: 10h00 to 17h00

Clamber Club costs R50 for an hour or R100 for unlimited play.

PUMPED UP KICKS

Great news for sneaker lovers – the much-awaited Sneaker District has opened at Melrose Arch! The unique store, the only one of its kind in South Africa, is home to some of the world’s most sought after streetwear. You’ll find a huge variety of sneakers, many of which have only been available online until now, including Raf Simons, Brand Black, Mercer, Naked Wolfe, Rip n Dip, Ylati and Sprayground, as well as brands that are more well known in South Africa like Converse, New Balance, Puma, Reebok and Vans. Sneaker District is also where you’ll find trendy sportswear and accessories – T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, track pants, baseball caps and more.

You can customise your own sneakers, either taking a pair of your own sneakers to the store or buying a new pair at Sneaker District (which we recommend – you can’t beat a pair of customised Chucks!). The talented artists there can use a design of your choice or create something just for you. They also offer T-shirt printing and customisation.

Want to keep your sneakers looking as good as new? Sneaker District’s sneaker laundry will take care of that, and you can buy a range of Crep Protect products to keep your kicks in good nick.

The double-storey store also boasts a 3×3 basketball court, as well as a Red Bull bar that serves mocktails, and there’s more coming… Check it out!
