World Paloma Day recipes to try:

Picante Paloma

The Picante Paloma is infused with ginger and basil, a fresh twist on the classic Paloma,


60 ml PATRÓN Reposado
60 ml Grapefruit juice
20 ml Lime juice
15 ml Ginger juice
Fresh basil leaves
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Twist of grapefruit zest for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients into a glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
  4. Stir well.

PATRÓN Spicy Paloma

Ignite your taste buds with a fiery Paloma, crafted flawlessly using PATRÓN Silver. With hints of honey and grapefruit, and a dash of invigorating spice, this one will surely bring in the heat.


45 ml PATRÓN Silver
30 ml Grapefruit juice
15 ml Soda
15 ml Lime juice
10 ml Honey water
1 drop Habenero sauce
Chili and lime wheel for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients except soda to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top off with soda.
  4. Garnish with chili and lime wheel.

The O.P.P. (Our Prickly Paloma)

The true Mexican ingredients in Our Prickly Paloma, including prickly pear and iconic grapefruit soda, makes this cocktail  perfect to celebrate the heritage of tequila.


45ml PATRÓN Reposado
22.5ml Prickly pear purée
15 ml Lime juice
7.5 ml Cane syrup
Pinch of salt
Top with grapefruit soda
Grapefruit slice


  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker except the grapefruit soda with ice.
  2. Strain into rocks glass over ice.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
