South African DJ and producer DBN Gogo continues to strengthen her global presence following a standout week in Paris during Fête de la Musique and upcoming performances at two of Europe’s most recognised music festivals: Roskilde Festival in Denmark on 03 July 2026 and Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland on 05 July 2026.

Earlier this month, DBN Gogo made an undeniable impact across Paris, delivering a series of standout performances and appearances throughout one of the city’s most celebrated cultural moments. Across the week, she brought her signature sound and unmistakable energy to audiences at Cross the Channel, Close Friends, Prince Palace, Genesis Black Party, Daily Paper, 211 Paris, Harries Pop-Up and Phantom, introducing Amapiano to new audiences while reinforcing her position as one of South Africa’s leading cultural exports.

Her presence across these spaces represented more than a performance schedule, it became a moment of cultural exchange where South African sound, style and creativity occupied space in one of the world’s most influential creative capitals.

From intimate community-led experiences to high-energy nightlife moments, Paris demonstrated the growing appetite for African music globally and the ability of South African artists to move audiences across borders.

Building on that momentum, DBN Gogo now heads to Denmark to perform at Roskilde Festival, one of Europe’s largest and most influential festivals known for bringing together globally recognised artists and audiences. She will then continue to Switzerland for Montreux Jazz Festival, an iconic institution celebrated for its rich musical legacy and commitment to showcasing artists shaping contemporary global culture.

These back-to-back appearances mark another milestone in DBN Gogo’s expanding international footprint and further reflect the continued rise of Amapiano within global festival programming.

“Paris showed incredible love. Experiencing different audiences connecting through our sound across multiple spaces throughout the city was really special. It’s exciting to witness how South African music continues to travel and create moments around the world,” said DBN Gogo.

Reflecting on her upcoming performances, she added:

“Every opportunity to perform internationally is an opportunity to represent where I come from and to show the world the depth, energy and influence of South African music. To be part of these festivals is incredibly exciting and I’m looking forward to sharing these moments with new audiences.”

Recognised globally for her work as a DJ and producer, DBN Gogo continues to build a career that extends beyond performance, creating cultural moments, expanding the reach of African music and contributing to the growing global influence of South African sound.

From Johannesburg to Paris, Denmark and Switzerland, DBN Gogo continues to demonstrate that South African music is not arriving on the global stage, it is helping shape it.
