KFC LAUNCHES IT’S FINGER LICKIN GOOD PROMISE

KFC South Africa announces their commitment to Finger Lickin’ Good with their bold Taste Guarantee promise. They’re putting their money where their mouth is! If a customer’s meal is not 100 % Finger Lickin’ Good, they will swap it! This is not only a first for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry but is also testament to KFC’s commitment to serve only the very best fried chicken, freshly prepared so that every customer experience is a great one!

“Our Original Recipe and 11 Herbs and Spices is famous throughout the world, and recently our team of over 35 000 people have gone through more than 60 000 hours of re-training to ensure only the very best quality chicken is served, every day, every time! In fact, we are so confident in our amazing taste, that we are guaranteeing it” says Grant Macpherson, Marketing Director at KFC South Africa.

“We are leaving ‘no drumstick un-breaded’ and with a continued focus on, only using the freshest ingredients that are meticulously monitored and controlled, the use of technology and processes that meets the highest food service excellence standards, as well as the ongoing training, upskilling, and auditing of our restaurant team members and operations, we are confident we are serving great food, with great taste every time. But if for some reason we don’t, well that’s not good enough and we’ll gladly replace it,” says Thuthuka Nxumalo, Chief Operating Officer at KFC Africa.

Not Finger Lickin’ Good? Fear not! KFC will swap it – all customers have to do is let the teller know that they were not satisfied with their meal, and it will be replaced. 

“Our brand is built on Finger Lickin’ Good and so we are resetting our commitment to this and rebuilding our fans’ trust in our famous fried chicken! Yes, it’s a bold move, but we have such strong faith in always delivering on that Original RecipeTM taste you can’t resist that we believe it will go a long way in continuing to strengthen consumer confidence in our brand,” states Macpherson.
