Sir Winston Churchill once said: “Healthy Citizens are the greatest asset any country can have,” a quote the new Hello Me Wellness campaign aims to advocate for.
Re-launched recently at the Lounge by Marble and Mauve, the “Hello, Me” campaign drove home its message of self care and wellbeing of mind, body and soul. The campaign aims to celebrate beauty in all its forms, shapes and sizes while encouraging a positive personal outlook and image.
Citizens are replacing special occasions to indulge in self – care with daily micro moments that fuel their emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. They can do this by coming to a Sorbet Salon, Nailbar or Hairbar and join the #HelloMe movement within the store.
To bring the campaign to life, Sorbet Group enlisted renowned yoga expert, Sheena Bagshawe, to conduct an immersive 30 min session to an audience of media and influencers, focusing on teaching techniques that empower the mental health journey, with a special interest in burnout recovery and management.
Following the session was a motivational talk from wellness activist Alexis Johnstone who took to the stage to speak on personal sustainability. Johnstone ended her address by sharing her four fundamental tips to help individuals unlock the extraordinary within: staying physically energized, mentally focused, emotionally connected and spiritually aligned with purpose.
Sorbet Marketing Manager Lisa- Marie Johnstone says that it is important for Sorbet to launch the new Hello Me 2.0 Campaign to challenge their citizens to become emotionally connected as being the best version of yourself is much more than skin deep.
Join the “Hello Me” community and take the declaration to champion and push for self-acceptance by celebrating who you ALREADY ARE.
